is that FP w/the vac line on or off? given your rich condition, i would consider dropping base FP. base FP = FP w/the vac line off. ALWAYS check/set FP w/the vac line off. sure do.

have you checked base timing? that sounds like the car is responding to the change in timing moreso than the change in fueling....

the thing EVERYONE doesn't get is that the WOWOWOWOWOWOWOWO sound mixed in w/that BOV sound (and that of any mega-HP supra video...) IS compressor surge, that's NOT the BOV.....the tial BOV is a nice straight PSSSSSSSSSHHHHHHHHHHHHH. same thing as above....compressor surge, not BOV.
