as stated, clear codes and see what comes back. the car won't run for long w/a code 14....
code 22 is easy enough, replace the sensor and/or the wiring....though chances are it's just the connector. it's the 2 wire connector on the side of the water neck.
code 52 = bad knock sensor wiring...
swap back to you '86.5 engine wiring harness. you'll have to swap a few sensors from the old engine. there's no real chance of making that '89 harness work....
boost pressure is irrelevant. 22 psi on a CT26 is NOT 22 psi on a T78. larger turbos flow more air for a given boost pressure. select a power goal, then select a turbo to get you there.....don't select a boost pressure.

does the AFR oscillate around 14.5 - 15.1? that's the "normal" closed loop behavior.
what is your fuel press set @ (vac line OFF)?
based on your Vf reading you need to take a bit out via mainscale or drop fuel press.
