1. how is it wired up?
2. how are the connections made- solder? crimp? twisted wire?
3. where is the device located?
while things do suddenly die from time to time, it's fairly rare. there IS a reason....
that's HARNESS.
anyway, reuse your '87 harness. you'll save a ton of headache trying to lengthen and repin the later harness. you'll probably have to swap a few sensors as well as the plugs are different.
venoms are worthless:
-the "flow data" they provide is a joke, try getting your venoms flowed by an independent 3rd party...you'll be pretty surprised.
-they tend to stick open or closed....either situation = bad news for your engine.
bingo. the idea behind gearing is to choose the highest numerical ratio to allow for the least amount of shifts in the 1/4. in 99% of those here, that means a 4.30. this, of course, assume good traction- i.e. slix.
you use low/mid/high to tune your fuel curve for your car based on mods, etc.
consider AFR tracking an "add-on" or special bonus to help keep things really in check.
sure you could run AFR tracking all the time, but as took said, what happens when your WB takes a poop or becomes...
AFR tracking is applicable only to WOT (when it functions actually is dictated Min TPS/RPM/MAP).
no, it doesn't affect other tuning, it simply does whatever it needs to in order to maintain set AFR.....in other words it's "self-tuning" on the fly, completely outside of whatever you have in...
you only use AFR and PT tracking if you want. it's there as an option once you're semi-tuned.
as the name suggests, obviously AFR tracking will affect AFR if turned on.
