    Took the car to get tuned today. I only managed 400whp@15psi. I ran out of fuel from my pump. Need a new pump, then I'll try again. And the crankwalk is getting bad. I need to change these thrust washers asap.

    Ok, if you're actually hitting a higher boost with the unit off, I can tell you right now what your problem is. You have your solenoid imporperly installed. I bet you anything you have your pressure source going into the "NC" port instead of the "NO" port. The solenoid's COM port should go...

    Yes, yes, and yes. They all have plug and play harnesses for the 7M. (or if they don't, a universal harness can work) It'st just a question of how much you want it to control. (I run a V-pro on a 1JZ if it matters to you.)

    an aftermarket IC on stock boost levels is not going to get you much of anything. If you're running say an aftermarket turbo, or the stock turbo much past stock boost levels, then a new IC would probably be a good idea.

    It is for the VSV bolted to the bottom of the intake manifold. Now if I only knew what the VSV was for :)
