    I have a friend who runs about 700whp on his MKIV. He's taken that thing up over 175mph on the track, and has not yet needed an afermarket oil cooler. I have data logs of my 1JZ on the dyno. Even with stock radiator, and stock hydrofan, the coolant temperatures didn't budge a single degree...

    Waht Joe said, cams are cams. It doesn't matter what you're running. As for manifolds, twin manifolds are not very common. Your best bet is to get something custom made, or to find a used twin kit.

    Whatever the clutch is, it's not going to hold with your existing setup. Assuming the importer did put in a new clutch disk, that disk in there is almost gone. You run that with your setup, you'll need to rip it all appart again to put in a new one in 6 months. You already have the tranny out...

    A lightweight flywheel could theoretically free up some power with the reduced rotating mass..... ....but I don't think it would matter at all. 400bhp is pretty easy. My 1JZ on cams and stock boost made 315 to the wheels.
