Not bad at all Dave...what kind of oil filter? What kind of air filter?
What's really good to see is you have zero coolant & water in your oil and very little fuel dilution...your PCV is working very well.
As you can see, that oil had tons of life left. GC will go 8K easy with at filter...
JJ's previous post should help:
I dissolved both in a gallon of water and poured it in. I actually used 2 tsp bicarbonate, but close enough. Afterward, I removed the lower rad hose and flushed with water. I took the Tstat housing off and ran water through the block there. Put everything...
Not stupid, but read this again:
This is the 2nd filter. After I saw what the oxalic acid did for JJ's flush, I changed the 1st filter after ~month...there was a lot of crap in it, but I forgot to take pics. Take a look at JJ's filter from the year before:

Your experience was a coincidence...I can tell you for a fact the pack plate is not required for the coils to fire. I proved that for over a year when I 1st got the car. ;)
Take a look at the wiring diagram for the ECU to the coils...I'm not making this up. I'm also not saying it shouldn't...
Ummmm...the grounding wire for the coil pack plate is a field ground. It has nothing to do with the ability of the coils to fire...the ground for that is integrated into the the coil pack harness.
Take a look at the wiring diagram ;)
He has already stated the J tube restriction is...
It was actually modified to look into deep space. The original design the Hubble copied was to take very detailed pictures of "items of interest" on the Earth ;)
Just happened to see this...it's way wrong.
Fuel cut in fact does exactly that...if an over boost is determined by the ECU, it cuts fuel to the injectors. Fuel cut is based on one thing and one thing only...the volume of air sensed by the AFM.
OAT does have an effect due to the...
"Very light popping" = "when driving it breaks up bad"
I still think it's fuel related...but, I'm getting a mixed description from you. Your saying it's rich, but you describe lean. BTW - it is very possible to have a rich misfire.
I realize your motor is using 440 injectors...
By "pop" you mean a misfire...as in the exhaust/CAT?
Are all the ECU sensors hooked up or adapted to the truck? Including the ones outside the engine bay (i.e. the speed sensor, etc)
Actually, I'm thinking the FPR is supplying too much fuel under boost...with a Walbro pump on a stock FPR (even with the J tube bypassed) and it running pig rich, it's worth looking at.
What size injectors? Were they flow tested?
Yes you did and are continuing to do so. You need to "look around" 1st before you start a thread...this took me 0.5 sec:
