I run a correction box in my cable to get the speedo dead on at Highway speeds.
For the ratio question go for a drive in 4th manual or 3rd with a stock auto and this is what the 350 will be like.
What will hurt more is no lockup on the High Stall.
So let me get this right......
YOU still thought this thread was a good place to post an opinion after knowing all of the above about yourself?
This is bordering on Troll Behaviour then Matt.....
As for Speed Racer... who cares if it looks dumb it's a MOVIE and entertainment...
Not that I noticed!
Had an injector die on the dyno awhile back and it burnt a hole through a piston and the blowby pumped 2 qt's of Oil into the IC/intake and it drove the 50 Km's home no probs.
Cheap grade SS isn't actually rust resistant so "stains"
An easy test is try a magnet if it sticks it's got a lot of mild steel in the mix, you can sand/polish it but without some clear coat it'll return.
Most pumps are tested/rated at 43 Psi.
The pump has a non return valve in it to hold pressure and these do wear out so the bleed down has nothing to do with the Aero.
Was it fuel cut or did it lean out?
(keeping in mind I'm very new to all this petrol stuff so my info may not be 100%...
My "understanding" of the Aeromotive FPR is it has a minimum of 40 Psi (just bought one) So maybe setting it to 35 is blowing the valve off the seat and not letting the rail pressurise enough for a clean start?
