If it's been hot tanked yes the AUX bearings need to be replaced but be sure to take the shaft along as well and have the machinst ensure it actually fits in afterwards. (might save a return trip)
I'd be more concerned with dimensional changes as well as the annealing effect in the Reg, I still say bin it and buy a new one.
The Injectors can be rebuilt it just depends if it's cost effective to do so.
You may get away with a partial set and while they're inspecting them they can send...
Seriously I'd bin it it's just not worth taking a chance for a $200 part
(You could lean out the motor and destroy it)
The Injectors I'd send back to RC for a rebuild and they can tell you if it's worth doing.
Too many small parts that could be heat affected inside to risk using them as is.
People get caught up in the whole "Boost = resistance to flow" and loose sight of what happens when the Valves are open.
VOLUME is king, the 42 moves more volume when the valves are open then the 3540.
