Mine was an extreme case guys.
30 psi 8500 for sustained periods.
It "could" have been solved with a colder plug but as the car is used in traffic as well that wasn't really an option as it would foul around town off boost.
Reduced rpm/boost these days and the 7 range NGK PLats are...
Pull #1 plug slide a wooden chopstick in and turn the crank with a wrench, watch the chopstick rise, when it hesitates before going back down look at the timing mark and see where it's pointing.
Sometimes the bonded rubber in the damper fails and lets the outer ring slip giving an inaccurate TDC.

Should still be able to buy genuine belts, if they look worn/frayed and don't lock with a quick tug or when the car is on an angle they need replacing.
