Chances are if it's lowered in the rear he wouldn't be able to align it anyway.
These cars become a PITA when lowered as you can only get 1 thing correct or 2 things halfassed ie: Correct Camber or correct Toe or 50/50 incorrect on both.
I ran into this really early on and ended up...
Speeding has always been a gamble....
They bet you they can catch/fine you, you bet they can't.
The stake has changed a little nothing more.
If they rqaised the stakes to where they would shoot you in the head if 50 over people would still chance it thinking they can beat the house.

I spent a lot of time on the rack at one of the Race shops here when I first got the car learning what it and I liked setting wise.
Turns out a childhood friend has a shop nearby so I go there now for any tweaking, their equipment is sensitive that if you lean on it the data changes...
I knocked my base down as low as the Aeromotive AFPR would allow so I could crank in some more idle duty with the RC1000's in sequential as I was finding the idle would go a bit sketchy on hot days.
I was a bit surprised that no one had asked what his base was ;)
