It's quite common to tear the centres out Raw.
I cut the ring gear off in the bandsaw then using the end off an old crank in the Lathe I turn it so it's true and neat, I then just bolt it through to the crank using ARP Bolts and I sourced some of the freak size converter bolts the right...
There's always a workaround if you think about it hard enough ;)
As I said it's ugly but will do the trick.
I'd just switch the signal on/off as required using a solid state relay.
0>2% Tps = 0
3>20% Tps = 100
21>100% Tps = 0
Seeing how our cars tear the centres out of stock flew plates why would you make it lighter?
I actually double mine up with a second plate to prevent this happening.
