    GTE or GE shouldn't matter much as it will just see the engine as a GTE that never comes on boost if you use the former. Sorry no idea but you'll probably find it's a case of unscrew the GTE sensors and screw them onto the 2J, Injectors are a drop in as far as I know. I don't drink so...

    Most of the structure is under the car so not a whole bunch, would be much better off welding a steel cage into it.

    No you fit the AN bulkhead fitting then bend up and flare an Aluminium hardline to go from the bulkhead fitting to the -6 on the pump using the fittings in the pic.

    Off the shelf nothing springs to mind, I'm sure some of the guys will jump in with suggestions, I'd just get a custom 2.5" system built and use a pair of good quality mufflers in the stock locations.

    Could be done with the Al pipe and flare fittings that go onto the -6 male fittings you already have Andy so no need for welding.
