    Personally I wouldn't use them after seeing a set at my crank shop that had splooged under pressure. I'm hard on engines though so always take worst case scenario's with any product as "this WILL happen to me" ;)

    7/8??? (1/8th of an inch UNDER 1") The "issue" as I mentioned is the head is slowly annealing from the exhaust side and this is why the studs have pulled the threads, tapping a bigger hole will eventually end in the same way. Helicoils work as they tend to wedge themselves as they're...
