    Would if they were genuine Clevite 77's ;) (you really need to stop stating things as absolute Goon) The holes are open at idle when the pump is struggling to maintain pressure and they do make a difference.

    I screw exhaust studs into the head tight using a stud socket, "finger tight" is for head studs....

    You need one or the other if you're going to push a 7M hard, Add up the area and the 6 rod holes are quite a leak.

    G series Diff's have a bit of a habit of eating the Pinion bearings Ken, I've killed 2 this way myself and the genuine bearing is quite exe to replace.

    so i found something very dissapointing today...

    A 7/16th Thread roll might also be an option for soft heads as it will harden the material around the stud and a stripped m10 hole should he close to it's drill size. (this is off the top of my head I'd need to confirm with my tooling supplier)

    No squirters and losing the Joke Toyota cooler circuit is Key Pete, I've ran NA-t a lot and always had brilliant pressures running GTE pumps.
