    Valve Stem seals have 0 to do with Oil Pressure..... The gauge may be wrong, try to borrow a test gauge or a known good working mechanical guage to compare readings. What is the stock guage reading?

    Keep in mind blocks are going to have +- tolerences, personally I'd allow at least +.5mm on the holes for the mounts.

    Missed this gem.... Most roads are crowned, RHD you drive on the left so the car will tend to drift down the crown towards the kerb so you dial in a little camber/castor to correct for this, LHD you drive on the right so the above settings would make the situation worse.... I didn't...

    Get a helper to hold the throttle at the knocking rpm then unplug injectors one at a time, if it's RK it should stop.
