The risk far outweighs any benefit.
Do you tune for the chilled temps or for the more normal temps?
It will have to be a compromise tune.
Do you have any way of introducing AIT based compensations?
If so can chill an IC and see some benefit.
I used one in the past when I was running the LPG/30psi, the boost more than made up from any loss of squish but you do lose a bit of economy/drivability.

The short shaft sections keep the DS speed well under critical as Japanese cars typicially use high numerical ratio Diff gears and tall overdrives in the gearboxes.
