What type of gasket do they use? Are there any metal rings at that area?

LOL entire thread would have been saved by a simple overlay comparison ;)

I did all that looked at the HUGE pile of wires and decided to fit the self contained Vintage Air unit instead ;)

No matter what, it's just part of a correct build, surface the head or block or use a slighlty thinner HG and you end up with the bolts going down into the corroded/dirty part of the block threads and that adds resistance to the bolt and an incorrect torque reading.

The Cover is wedged between the Head and the Pan, you might luck out and gey one to seal properly but very doubtful you'll seal up both, up to you but for me it's just not worth the risk to halfass it.

Should chase all threads no matter what....

Accumulator = Shift Kit and sets how harsh/gentle the shifts will be.

LP, TC and ACCUMULATOR are all PWM

Worse when you're tuning indoors without a good extractor fan set up :(

Make sure the thin pieces don't hang into the cylinder at all and I'd say it'd be fine to do. (ie: same diameter hole in all 3 sections and that everything else lines up ok)

Munchkin seats at best, it's ok if you have one tall person back there then they can stretch out across the seat. No way known a front seat is going in there the riser/chassis box is too high.

Always going to smell and sting your eyes with no cat.

If you didn't back them off a 1/4 turn you're not going to get an accurate retorque due to stiction.

Cool never need a shift kit again :)
