Lee: My only concern is what it's going to do it the upper RPM/Flow ranges, see the pic the way it is now you run the risk of the WG not being able to vent properly and control boost (Yellow and Red paths) better would be the Blue/Green paths and should still fit in.
OK let me clarify here, normally I'm 100% in favour of the stock clutch/10 blade combo, I only gave the above info as the OP seemed set on running E-Fans ;)
Something OEM with a well designed shroud is best, I fitted AU Falcon fans to mine, I believe Ford Contour fans are much the same thing.

Yeah I've ran into sparkblowout quite a few times with 7M's, usually a stumble at Tq peak 5200rpm then it'll pull cleanly through to redline once you get over it.
