If they're ARP 2000's 3/8-24 thread bolts in those rods torque to 50-55 ft/lbs using engine oil on the threads and under the head.
I torque ARP m12x 1.25 Studs with Moly grease to 80 ft/lbs.
Ford do an additive for their Tremec equipped cars that's meant to help shift quality by adding friction, I tried it with my TKO but it's didn't make a huge difference.
NO
it was sarcasm, Clevites will be a mystery box but they seem to be selecting from the higher end so will suit your 300rwhp goal, anyone going higher than that I'd suggest finding genuine NDC's as the ACL's aren't a good choice as they don't do their race series for M engines.
Still doubt it's going to have any effect being up so high and there's going to be a boundary layer generated by the front bar so there won't be much of anything going in at speed.
Wash the engine well with degreaser put some UV dye in with the oil then drive it a day or so and blacklight it to find the leak.
We can then discuss repairs, no use in guessing Dude.
We ALL are here ;)
It's a knockoff Supra :D
Highly doubtful you'd ever get enough water in through that to lock an engine, the filter will act as a difuser as well as the turbo so you're not going to get enough mass of water per cylinder to affect it unless you drive through a river.
