    It will chatter then there's no way around that other than more rpm/slip Kenny. (Marcel's only reason to exist is to cushion the initial engagement to stop chatter but they're a fail point for high HP so are often deleted)

    If it were me I'd go 2J with a small tight roller turbo just for the setNforget nature in a Mk3, it'd go all day long and never miss a beat. Mk2 or earlier maybe a 1J with stock twins and let it breathe. AutoX isn't a nice place for a 7M to live due to the fragility of the cooling and Oil...

    Probably work fine with an SP QuickSpool valve and 30+psi ;) (right to the point the CHRA explodes and takes out the hood)
