    There's no way the Front/Rear plugs can block the main gallery, you DID install the front plug didn't you? (got caught out by this once)

    Pretty sure I just used normal 12v and Ground lines for mine.

    Just went and checked my Trans, it's your standard Red/White/Black Power/Signal/Ground sensor and the more I think about it the more I'm sure it's a 12v sensor which is a bit freaky.

    From memory it's just power/signal/ground, I "think" I wired mine to an 8v supply but will check with a bud tonight to be sure as it "may" have been 12v..... damn this old man memory.... DON'T use the VSS in the instrument cluster it's 99% useless being a bouncy reed switch.

    Because his bushing was loose in the housing so the entire arm was moving, your piece of wire would have done nothing.
