    Reinforcing the rear toe arm...thoughts?

I'd use at least 2mm maybe even 3mm. The stock tubes are quite heavy wall so you want close to that thickness.

    Reinforcing the rear toe arm...thoughts?

I was thinking more a pair of flat plates with holes cut in them so they're welded 360 degrees around the eye extending forward either side of the tube for 150mm so the form a H beam with the tube as the cross beam of the H.

    Notorious M.K.3.

Let me preface this by saying normally I'm not into Mk3 body mods at all in any way shape or form, BUT for this car it's so well done I can put aside my bias :D I esp  it when it has the Black wheels installed!

This is why you should change your Fuel Filter

I replace them in any car I buy I figure it's cheap insurance and not worth the risk of losing an engine over $20 and some frustration fitting the new one.

    take your guesses

Not all 7M's have it some just have a pipe plug there, it's 9 parts useless as you can't get to it and it's not low enough to fully drain the block.

My stealth charcoal canister install *PICS*

The Purge would just suck in raw fuel..... I really don't understand this "need" to remove the CC at all, just buy a smaller one that has an inbuilt one way valve (easy to check at the junkyard just blow into the pruge line if you can't it's good to go) Then mount it under the plastic...

My stealth charcoal canister install *PICS*

Stock setup uses a BSV on the water neck to control purge, there's a valve in the tank and the fuel cap has a one way valve so it can only inhale.
