The above mistakes are why I advocate the Mentor approach to building a 7M, it's not an overly complex engine but there are quite a few stumbling blocks along the way that seem to catch people out.
There are people that Bag on the Veyron, THE best consumer car ever built, it's a bargain at the selling price and will never be repeated....
(before people jump up and down saying "this is faster/prettier blahblahblah" whatever I'm talking total package in a car that just about anyone can...
and they usually stink and are full of shit....

Lobes are cast iron and not copper so don't think that explains the mystery Copper under the Oil Cap..
