no, the turbo's probably fine. the stock gauges are SUPER slow to react. i highly recommend you get a good aftermarket one. you'll see the difference, it's like night and day! -shaeff

is this the stock boost gauge or an aftermarket one? the stocker is very, very slow to react, so chances are, unless you stare at it, you most likely wont see it move quickly while at idle. also, there is a boost pressure sensor mounted to the driver's side wheel well. it's got a vacuum line...

i'm not sure of the difference, entirely. my GTE motor didnt come with the linkage, because they dont use it on the JDM supras. (RHD=direct cable to TB) so that's how i set mine up. if you can get an N/A throttle cable, you can do what i did with it. the throttle response is instantaneous...

considering the fact that you already have a 5m in there, you're going to HAVE TO do wiring anyway. you may as well just get a GTE harness and use it with a GTE ECU of the same yearspan. then it'll be plug and play with the motor and ECU, and you'll just have to figure out something for gauges...

no, get an N/A valve cover pipe, so they connect into one, run that to the catch can, and another pipe to the accordian pipe from the catch can. -shaeff
