the only thing i can think of, off the top of my head (cant get the pics to load on my slow ass dialup :() is that you could possibly try to seal it up from the INSIDE. (not sure exactly what you'd use, but just make sure it cant break off and get sucked into the motor!) for shits and...

be very, very careful when using any type of lever on the head. you dont want to mar the surface of the head or block, thus causing more problems for yourself down the road. that being said, i also used a large flatblade screwdriver, but only to crack it loose, then i pulled it off by hand...

i personally think it looks like a broken honda... when you set them to the desired height, just turn the headlight switch ONE click on. (the dot on the combo switch) when you turn your car off, they'll stay like that. you'll have to re-set them every time you turn your lights on and off...

heh, yeah, i'll admit it. the first time i removed the wheel, i smoked myself in the jaw with it. boy was i pissed. the second time i removed it, i actually did what ideal said. works like a charm. -shaeff

either that, or when you shift at too low of an rpm, the motor struggles to keep the vehicle moving. try shifting from second right to fifth gear. see if it does the same thing. chances are, it will. just dont shift so low in the rpm range. ;) -shaeff

ditto. i removed mine, too. though, i was already used to constantly reving the motor (though you dont have to, it just makes it easier to steer) because my old daily driver, a '71 chevy c-10 liked to not run, ever, when it came to parkinglots! haha. -shaeff
