It's within the strength range of the studs no problems at all but the head ISN'T a solid block of aluminium...
1/8th bsp is 28 TPI, BSP/T has a different taper angle ot NPT, hard to tell from that pic bit it looks like bsp/p so generally seals with a crush washer.
I know what it's rated for just telling you what I found to actually work....
Hard line away from the heat source would be the best bet, possibly use a flared end with a tube nut and an AN male fitting to make installation easier?

It will fail in time, This is why most turbo drains have the length of steel pipe before the transition to hose, only thing I've found that can take the heat if braided Teflon.
Only time I notice it in the project car is backing in/out of the shed, my DD is much the same car with a stock stall so I have a direct side by side comparison ;)
