Get the Walbro 255lph, the fuel pressure regulator will dump the extra fuel back to the tank. It willl work with a stock fpr, and you can always upgrade to an Aeromotive afpr later on.
I don't disagree that lots of time has been spent on tech support, but that's because the instructions were not complete and the software was not finished.
So basically the hac mod is complicated and it is proprietary info, and you need to send it in to fullthrottlespeed for modification...
The bottom line is that I am happy you are taking steps to start you own company. It is very rewarding when it goes well. It takes a lot of time and effort and from the outside it might look like it is easy but it is not. I've been putting in my dues for a few years but no body owes me anything...
I did too, until bobiseverywhere pm'd me that he is sending his harness to you after I have been answering his pm's about his 1jz swap since the beginning (no offence bob :biglaugh:) , and I shipped him parts already, plus another order that is going out on Monday. I'm beginning to think you are...
On the subject of the body connector harness wiring I feel I need to speak up.
I have done that on many of our installations in the past. I gave the info on how to do it to Mark (rakkasan) and he was going to send the connectors to me to do the wiring for $80. Idealsupra happened to be local...
Look at the TOTAL price with shipping and compare. The guy who said FedEx sets the prices and HPF has no control over it is incorrect. FedEx might set their shipping price, but I can configure the website to add a set dollar amount to each sale, or a percentage of the sale, or both. Or I can pad...
Ok, now we know how long you let it idle, but I have another question.
How long do you LOOK at your car before you drive it?
I find I'm staring at it for no apparent reason for a good 30 seconds before and after I drive it LOL
OH :biglaugh:
My pressure vs. flow comments were not directed at Malloynx, just the fact that the engine can take 35psi is a testament to his engine building skills.
Once you really have the flow capability covered, then you up the boost. But if there is flow restriction you can keep...
Pressure and flow are two different things. You can make 35 psi through a soda straw, but it's not going to allow much flow.
The goal is to flow more at lower boost pressure to make hp. People get hung up on wanting to run a certain amount of boost, but your boost pressure is really...
I found this:
"Dry air has a density of 13.076307480840681 cubic feet per pound
Dry air at 0ºC has a density of 12.417423770565761 cubic feet per pound.
pounds/minute * cubic feet/pound = cubic feet/minute
So just take whatever conversion factor from above, and multiply it by your...
