Take the boot off the old 7m harness and zip-tie the hole closed where the wires used to go through, then pop it back in the hole. If you have to cut a slit in the boot to get it off just put the slit at the top, and if you are really worried you could put some silicone on it.

WOW! That is freaking sweet!

The trend around here is to say the 2jz is superior to the 1jz, but in my experience the 1jz is really the best engine for anything but drag racing.
