although Jdub stated the exact same thing in technical terms, i'll rephrase:
pressure is resistance to flow
keep that in mind. ;)
and for what it's worth, after reading many, MANY posts by both jetjock and jdub, i've switched from mobil 1 10w30 synthetic to the german castrol that they...
not supra related = OT.
as for an answer to your question. look at the plugs. anything look wrong on any one of them? as stated: cap, rotor, wires, plugs. check your timing, too.

sweet. :) i knew there would be some good information posted. thanks everyone.
man, every time i look at a turbo A duct, i want to cry. perhaps i'll try to figure out if i can reinforce the bumper in other ways, should i decide to cut through it for a turbo A duct. i've always wanted one...
c'mon! everyone with this intercooler mounted it straight up and down, and let the bumper support block airflow? let's see some creative ideas! i've been thinking of modifying the bumper support, but keeping it well braced. i'm not sure how i'd do it yet, but i really want full airflow to this...
i still think it's dangerous. an upgraded CT won't blow as much heat at elevated boost levels. and the stock intercooler isn't THAT great. if you put in a more efficient IC, i'd say you could safely push 15psi on the stock CT.
i was boosting 15psi on my stock CT through the stock intake/IC...
i'm not so concerned about MAKING the brackets. i just want to know what angle on the intercooler is best for maximum efficiency. :) (and as it's angled more, it has more surface area because it's pulled away from the bumper support)
thanks for the reply. :)

^ don't type in all capital letters. it's really annoying, and considered yelling on the internet. i edited your post so that nobody else would jump on you for it.
with that said, are you on the stock turbo? if so, you're asking for trouble. 15+psi on the stock ct-26 is just blowing heat...
So picked up one of those huge 24x12 intercoolers from 935motorsports. (thanks rob! <- great service!) i've got the entire front end off the car due to bodywork, so i have access to pretty much every tight spot up there.
i'm about to mount my intercooler. i've moved the coolant resivour, and...
ok. i don't want this turning into any type of flame war. i'm going to close this thread with one last suggestion. READ THIS:

damn! you should do a full writeup on the r154/r150 hybrid. i'll be putting a 7mgte in my '94 within the next two years! (though i'm only going as large as 33" tires.)
i read over on pirate 4x4 that they're about to cast a mold for the 7M->r150 bellhousing! :)

you didn't search very hard. :p

and no, you won't have enough hose to make it from the FPR to the hardline. pick up an extra piece at the autoparts store.

1) you might have crossed something in the dash area to trip the airbag light. pull the dash back apart and double check any and all wires you find.
2) sounds like you didn't rewire the tach correctly.
3) although the girl's backside in your avatar is cute, it's against forum rules to have...
TPS: adjust it per the specifications in the TSRM- http://www.cygnusx1.net/Supra/Library/TSRM/MK3/manual.aspx?Section=FI&Page=100
if it still doesn't function properly, get a new one, and repeat the above procedure.
