how did you reach that figure of 9psi being the limit? also, who told you to torque the bolts/studs to 70ft lbs? IIRC ARP reccomends torquing the studs to 72ft lbs.
maybe the people clogging their coolant passages are spraying the CS directly on the block/head??
ill probably be getting a cometic HG, just had the motor rebuilt and the HG blew......
at high way speeds you can turn the fans off.
electric fans will be a problem only if: they are not rated at a high enough flow rate
or, your cooling system has problems to begin with. and in that case, the electric fans have nothing to do with your problem.
so whoever told you that...

in my opinion photos of the stock turbo installed on the motor aint gonna help you none. it would be a real PITA to show where the oil lines hook up, the coolent lines sure, but a picture isnt gonna be able to show you everything that the information in the TSRM...
