in NY you would never fail for a wheel bearing. how would they even know? they only throw the car on the dyno and thats it.

the 3000 pipe is two clamps and two bolts.
again, changing the spark plugs on the mkiii is trivial. its actually harder on the 7mge cause you have the y pipe to remove AND replace that gasket there.

i am not so sure i agree with you on that. if a new, OEM head gasket is installed with ARP studs and torqued to ARPs reccomended value of 72 foot pounds of torque i would think that if you keep detonation under control that you could safely run at least 15 pounds of boost on the stock turbo...
my turbos oil seals have just went, before the car gets a chance to warm up there is TONS of blue smoke billowing out of the tail pipe.
while it is doing this the car runs like its running on 5 cylinders.
can this be caused by oil fouling?
the oil burning seems to decrease after a few...
