although i'll NEVER touch someone else's car, i have been known to back in SO close to their driver's side (folding in the mirror on my '94 toyota 4x4 on 31" tires), that there's absolutely NO possible way for anyone to get in on the driver's side.

this happens when people don't watch the crank pulley. 195ft lbs for a reason. ;)
isn't the internal setup on the sp series almost identical to the ct26? if so, why not pull the exhaust off, pull the wastegate off, and see what exactly is stuck? it's most likely the actuator.
i'm in NY. :) there's usually a large e-town (englishtown NJ) meet in the summer months. usually a very good turnout, probably the largest on the east coast. if i ever get my car back on it's feet, i'll bring it for sure...
