4 inch is too big for a ct. Use a full 3in from turbo back including elbow. As for muffler anything you want. Nur spec is loud and the Apexi n1 is a tad loud but sounds good.

Prolly the glue the used is not working well with the heat. A lot of the stock panels will start cracking and such. Pretty common after all the years. Not to sure if you can even get a new panel from Toyota. But you can find them used on here.

Buddy melted a piston at 17-18psi without 550's. If your monitoring it you can be somewhat safe but then again your running high fp through 20 year old injectors...

160 degree stat will delay full warm up times keeping the car in cold start enrichment mode. Use a stock Toyota t stat and use Toyota red with distilled water.
