That would make the mk3 a even heavier car and make it even more so nose heavier. Not at all worth the money time or weight considering its not really an improvement. More so a because I wanted to. F1 cars are rwd for a reason ;).
Yes use that link and adjust the freeplay. Book says roughly 3/4 of an inch. I adjust mine for an inch.
Other than that the clutch will tell you where it like to engage and disengage at.
Doubt you made the hole bigger on the hub. I've seen that a lot with aftermarket tie rods and ball joints.
Just out it in tight and put a cotter pin on. With it above the nut it will atleast save you from losing steering on one wheel if the nut comes loose.
You could ditch all that co2 stuff if you just get a standalone. Or at min a maft pro. Mega squirt 3 is under 1000$ for a fully customizable full standalone.
The higher the better. It all depends on tune. Water meth would help. So would e85 if it's around you.
Bottom line with stock na high comp pistons you need to make sure there is zero detonation.
I would just do a regular oil change and put some 5w30 or 0w30 oil and a purolator or wix filter on.
As for the turbo part no idea what your talking about. If its for the oil feed or return gasket leaking just change them. If the turbo is damaged then it needs to be rebuilt or replaced...
There's really not much weight to be saved by going manual. Maybe 5-10lbs between both doors. It's basically the weight of the motors. Which isn't much.
No diagram. Pull door panel off. Unscrew switch from back side. Take switch apart. There's nothing to it.
