    Welcome. There is a great sticky in the other engine section done by Iboughtasupra. It's a good read and has just about everything as far as parts and info and some electrical links tho your swap will be going into a truck. Iirc its called 1 and 2jz swap for dummies or something.

    Timing needs to be set to 10 with te1 and e1 jumped. Tps should be set via tsrm. Also sounds like your tps is bad. Also there is the tests in the tsrm. Also the afm test in the tsrm is for the air temp sensor which would be a 24. 31 is for air flow meter or it's circuit. Diagnosis...

    Depends if there is damage to the block or crank. There also is a spec for the gap between crank and thrust washer.

    It's the starter Solinoid wire from ign switch to starter. It goes through the body harness and the engine harness. Can either change that wire or just do the relay trick.
