Running the stock intercooler is fine. It has a pretty good efficiency for a stock intercooler. The stock bov I would replace with a Bosch bpv tho.

You get one of those hand pumps from the auto parts store.

Ms3 has an on board map sensor. Have to run a hose from the Ecu to the intake plenium and then you will need a iat sensor.

Body harness wires are not shielded. But they do need to be extended to about a little longer than the Ecu wires iirc.

Could be the exhaust making it sound like rod knock. But if the motor is knocking its prolly from the rods. If the hg was blown and coolant into the oil and ran the bearings are prolly toast. Use a stethoscope or a long screw driver and with the engine running listen on the block.

I wouldn't worry about the small amount of fluid left in the diff when you drain it. Just let all of it come out.

If coolant got into the cat it will puff white smoke a bit. Just let it run and drive it and it should go away. Prolly mixed up the wires on the t stat housing.

The connectors with the yellow wires go between the ign switch. The little connector will have a wire that gets sliced into the e brake.
