Think in that pic it was 285 front and 275 rear. Think after that it had 295 in the rears. Its a little higher in my car i think. For the fronts cant be super slammed without a pull to run that tire size. The rears are fine with a roll but will rub super slammed.

It's not really needed either as the stock manifold is for for the stock turbo. And you will either have to block off the wastegate on the manifold or the turbo. Might as well just go full t4.

400hp 7m does not have 600ft lbs of tq.
Even high hp 7m and 2jz have less tq than hp.
If the rack is leaking the seals on the ends are bad. It should be rebuilt or replaced at that point.
