Tune and more boost. To get rid of speed cut disconnect the pink speed sensor wire from the ecu. You will get a check engine light when you go over but it will turn off when you cycle the key.

Soo purtry. :) Just googled a bit and can get bolts black zinc plated. Ima have to look into that for my 91.

Doesnt matter if its adjustable at both ends. Just needs to be able to be adjusted enough for alignments.
