Yes you can do that. It's 3.2 qts. Can also use one of those hand pumps at auto parts store to fill through the full plug. Which is by far easier and faster. It's just 1 bolt to remove to fill.

I'd use fuel injected. Carb is too out dated. Specifically a ls1. Need to make custom mounts and such. A lot of work. Also depends what trans you will use. Don't think there is a parts list. Not many people have done it.

Yes it would need a block off plate on both the head and intake. Blocks exhaust coming out of the head. And so there isnt a giant hole on the intake for vac/boost leaks.

Theres 3 pick ups in the cps. Can use them. But i think a trigger wheel on the crank and using on of the cam pick ups with new wires would be better. Buddy has a 7mgte running on 2jzgte ecu.

Theres never check valves in brake lines. There is a check valve for the brake booster so boost doesnt blow into it.
