It can take that long to build full boost, 1st is just very quick and has relatively low load conditions. Vacuum sounds healthy to me as long as its not bouncing around in any weird fashion. Which gauge to believe... well neither are very good... but I would hope the Faze would be more accurate.

Those are the alternate tire size for the stock wheels. I run that size winter tires, IIRC its recommended in the manual. (just expanding on what Jeff Lange said)

Well, not that I don't understand what your saying, since I've mounted tires before. But it says right on the tag not to inflate past 40psi to "pop the bead" so to speak. Either way, I probably would have been OK with it after a test drive just to make sure it didn't feel funny; but Tire Rack...

Not to be offensive, but it doesn't sound like you have read through the process in the TSRM before. I highly suggest reading it all the way through before you start so you know what you're in for. This was judged by your not knowing what a 10mm hex socket was for. (Head bolts)

Yea, virtually all the front body work that has a bolt in it is that same size as well.
