Sounds like an oil or contamination issue. Unless you just happen to get to bad turbos which I doubt. Make sure both the feed and drain are in good working order and not kinked. Also what air filter are you using? And bov?

Ya except the cheap kit is junk. They will prolly fail within a year. I bought my 89 with a quality retrofit over 6 years ago. Haven't had a single problem. Not even a bulb went out.
