Rear it's fine. Front you would have to raise it a bit to not rub the fender. 265/35 push and pull on my fender. Top of the fender is at or a tad above the top of the tire on my car.
But I've seen 285 up front.

With no boost control your only going to see what the wastegate spring pressure is. You won't see 18psi if the wastegate spring pressure is 8 psi and no boost controller hooked up.
