I too doubt that its the wing, judging by my fasteners that are rusty (same issue), I'm going to agree with Keith.

Sounds like you have two problems, one Ideal mentioned, the other is probably missing/damaged vac or intake lines.

Interesting design, looks like you need to watch out a little more on those speed bumps or something though. ;)

To be honest some of that time was spent in FL... where the cops were very fair in only pulling over people who are actually endangering others.

This isn't really all that helpful, but have you tried contacting Zeitronix? I've found generally they/he know/s their/his stuff pretty well. That being said I'm surprised that it went bad that quickly, I've been running one for maybe 3k miles/3-4 months without even a hiccup. Are you positive...

Meh, 2 years, never used the silencer never been pulled over for it. Maybe you guys are just driving like morons... and they pull you over for that, then ticket your exhaust.

^Nothing should change really besides you oil pressure at/soon after startup. TSRM spec is actually a bit over 10psi per 1k RPM... I know 10 per 1k is the rule of thumb, but I'd rather go by the car specific spec if its available.

IIRC its jdub who will disagree with me to no end... but yes, it is a couple inches too long. Everything lines up perfectly if you have a cat thats roughly 2 inches shorter.
