get the current owner to transfer/regster it then get him to fill out the transfer forms to you. if he wont then dont buy it, or make a low ball offer. a car without a valid title is only worth its weight as scrap metal/parts, regardless how mint it is.
iirc the MT bolts are twice as long as the auto bolt. should be able to go any bolt place and find them, just take an auto bolt in and say you need 6 twice the length.
im leaning towards its just noise from the oil pump bypass in the tranny, my jeep with the A340 makes the same noise. seems normal so i wouldnt worry about it to much
and dont forget the volvo aslo had the radiator sized intercooler attached to that thing. though that turbo does move alot of air, very well tuned for it size.
the maftpro is what you use to control the afr with its correction settings. the LC1 is just a gauge and data logger. and no it donest replace the stock 02 sensor, you need both, as the wideband isnt hooked to the ecu, so you add it to the downpipe.
ziptie it to the lower grill is about the only way, or find a diff bumer that takes a front plate. though windsheild should be fine, as i dont think they can make you add one, as you got nothing but styrofoam to attach one to.
