    Open down pipe will raise the pressure a few PSI. Stock turbo 'should' be able to run around 11-12 PSI without hitting fuel cut. Do you have any CELs? Have you checked for boost leaks?

    Lexus afm will raise fuel cut a tad bit. Going MAFT PRO with speed density will raise it even further when tuned. To remove safely, standalone that is properly tuned.

    Think of it this way, instead of the turbo working for only 15 PSI, it has to go up to 18-19 PSI to get the desired 15 PSI.

    by playing with the afm screw and the afpr, you might be able to keep the vF happy.

    34 is fuel cut. Fuel cut on 7ms normally happen when either a boost leak is present or as you found out, a wrongly setup boost controller. Look at the description of code 34 "Abnormal boost pressure"

    No no no, do NOT use a FCD. Get around fuel cut the proper way. Lexus afm, walbro 255 or bosch 044, full 3" exhaust with elbow, 550cc injectors and a adjustable fuel pressure regulator with the j-tube bypassed will make for a fun daily.     So glad you corrected yourself. Also, don't check the cylinder while it's just at TDC, check it on the top of the power stroke so you know for sure both valves are seated.

    What coating is that on the pistons? I'm planning on running ross pistons with ceramic coated tops and teflon coated skirts on stress relieved pauter rods going to a micro polished knife edged and balanced crank.

    If you put that banjo bolt in first while lightly lifting up on the turbo, it'll go in a tad bit easier. Don't bolt the turbo down without having all the fittings connected, makes it much worse IMO

    Stock worn out suspension. I've got a set of kyb gr2 waiting to be put on but I'm not replacing those til I get sub frame bushings and control arm bushings. I'll do it all at one shot and put in eibach springs then reset my camber.

    That's why we use 220 3-phase :D The building actually has 256volts but has to be brought down as the machines don't like much more than 206 and it has to be a very clean signal. You should of seen the guys face when we requested a 60kw/hr transformer for one building when the entire street...
