I thinnk it only goes in increments of 50--cant remeber its been a few months since i've seen my car, good to hear YOURS is running:evil2:
WARNING: Be careful when adjusting your F Out MAX, i'm not resposisble for any problems. but i think it works like a fuel cut defender.
good call on the codes, doh.
from what he said i'd say he is missing one of the two, or both. i think it would atleast try to go or sputter if he was getting both. everything plugged in?
can you smell fuel coming from the tail pipe after cranking for 15 seconds or so?
not trying to talk you down cjsupra- but thats an easy way to see if the injectors are firing.
i'm not defending you by any means. i just thought that was funny because it's true, i can read schematics somewhat well, and i understand it. i even think you do too.
That flow chart jj gave you in post 2!! is exactly what Toyota Mechanics follow...so if it's followed..what makes YOU...
:rofl::kickinthenuts:
on a bit of a side note jetjock. what causes a ecu to crater? i know heat and vibration are bad for them, but i think i read somewhere you said they dont fail often..is that correct?
to drop the pan you gotta drop the front crossmember, all you gotta unbolt is the top strut mount and the 3 bolts on either side the hold main crossmember up. and motor mount nuts. not quite as far as the TSRM but still a pain. oh and support the engine of course.
true i missed that.
so if he has voltage at 'W' and the wiring is good between 'ECU' and 'E1' doesn't that point at the ecu itself then? or am i missing something else?
mines been good for month and a half of driving id say and still good. i was told by the hose tech at work it'll be fine.
i tryed to find the atf cooler line but i couldn't find it large enough, i think its like 19mm or somthing, i used 3/4inch.
silcone heater hose will work, thats what i'm running. it prolly felt like it was cover in atf cause thats what or ps takes and regular hose will just breakdown, swell and leak.
my ets ic pipes were in the way. so its temporary fix thats turning permanet. because its sturdy,works, and i dont really care what it looks like under my hood..to a point i guess.
if they are AN fittings, then you can just put them together dry, i think some people use a skim of oil maybe for ease of removal.
what is the link to these on DM i couldn't find it, i would like to seem them, thanks.
