    wierd rattling after oil change

i would make sure you didn't leave any tools or anything in around engine bay. if it happened immediately after the oil change, as long as you had proper oil/level in it when you started it. its prolly somthing YOU did is it all the time or just driving? and thats an ugly sound im imagining.

installed wideband & AFPR, idle is very LEAN!!!

i'm pretty certain cold start up is open loop, warm idle and everything under approx. 75% throttle is closed loop, and 75% to WOT is open loop. or unplug the stock o2 and it goes to open loop, but rather pointless if you have no way to tune it.

    Maft, SAFC which one?

not sure about the regular maft, but the pro w/spd density gets rid of the afm all together and you use a MAP sensor for air volume and a temp sensor. check out the piggy back section LOTS of good info in there. If You read this you'll prolly buy a maft pro

installed wideband & AFPR, idle is very LEAN!!!

i'm not agreeing or disagreeing with the non bolded statements. but i wouldn't worry about your idle afr as long as its on the lean side and eng is running smooth. just saving you gas, and prolly putting your NOX up. i dont know how these car will run without the stock o2, i'm assuming not...

    Rod knock?

giving her some revs for the vid woulda helped, but i would lean towards knock, maybe a cam cap is coming loose if your sure its coming from the head. as for the mechanic who said 'it can hit the head' trust me...you'd know if it did. i would pull the vave covers and check cam caps, ect...

how are you controlling your fuel? i would be more concernced with the 10.0:1 at wot, thats a little low., loosing power and wasting cents on fuel.

    mk4 burn out

My EXACT thought, and the grubby guy with the dirty shirt was prolly the mechanic working on it. I swear you can hear the word 'tire' near the end(and that guy stop him before he does another reverse to first smokey:naughty:); as if to say the fucking owner is gonna notice he's got no tires left.

    ac compressor

sounds like the pressure switch is open due to 'low on freon' you can see if you have low pressure, the "magnetic clutch relay" wont close, which wont engage you a/c compressor. http://www.cygnusx1.net/Supra/Library/TSRM/MK3/manual.aspx?S=AC&P=10
