Monitor your fuel pressure that will tell you what your FPR is doing or not doing also I HIGHLY doubt its the FPR its a VERY simple unit I leaning towards your Fuel pump it more likely to fail before the FPR even a new one what brand and where did you get the fuel pump theres china pumps going...

OK do some basic testing first check your fuel pressure this will tell you if the FPR is leaking or faulty are you sure you are refering to the FPR? pics please

what symtoms brought you to the this conclusion? Its a very simple device that should not fail uner normal circumstances what makes you believe this?

factory unit or aftermartket? very vague question, the diaphram may have torn or a have a hole Ive heard that china copys use very poor material which fuel will eat over time

Ya if you look below the coolant pipe theres a hot pipe coming form the turbo

cut it off

rubber seal then the diaphram pointed so it will stop + pressure from entering the AIC if you look at the diaphram its like a one way valve.
