One is a projector, the other is a reflector high beam. They're hella 90mm units. Not cheap and quite difficult to install and get everything right (trust me, I've been working on a semi-bolt in kit for a while now)

Doesn't a faster idle hide a bit of this noise? I know the MKIV guys have a simular issue with gear clash in the tranny if the idle is kept stock.

Wrong source, vacuum from the throttlebody is ported vacuum.

Stocker works fine, really up to you. Stock clamps for that part are very good, normal worm gears won't get tight enough, and t-bolt clamps are more expensive.

Use the stock clamps (just clean them up).
