Breather filters on the PCV locations? What about the ISC valve?

If you're going MAP, yes you can use one on the ISC. BUT, do NOT put them on the valve covers as you're eliminating the PCV system, which is not just a vent, but actually applies vacuum to the crank case (lowers pumping loses so more power, but the important part is it helps your rings do their...

    7mge clutch fan-->7mgte?

Can you? Yes. Should you? No. GTE fan has more blades and also has a much larger and beefier fan clutch to go with it. Putting a GTE fan on a GE clutch would more than likely cause failure of the clutch, and putting a GE fan on a GTE would reduce cooling.

Some R154 Transmission Rebuild In Progress Pictures

Gears are inspected and replaced if needed, syncros and bearings are always replaced as they take most of the wear.

    fnally got them!

Shame Boyd wheels suck (oh I got stories lol) and the proportions are off compared to the early renderings (plus the polishing job removes all the details), oh and did I mention price... Anyway, back to the Starion wheels, I've given a few local guys crap about being 5 spoke MKII Supra wheels...

    NA-T MK3 Vs Evo KILL!!!!!!!

Wrong, actually read the thread and see what's actually happening with it. It's almost done on the hardware side, then the software to actually do the tuning needs to be completed. Back in the day it was cheaper and easier to flash and swap a chip (not to mention the only thing that would...

    Hey you Ford folks!!!

With it being a 79, doesn't require any emissions equipment anymore, so you could rip everything off of it. Bro said it would be advisable to put a cam in it since the factory cams are usually terrible to try and hit emissions marks. Hell, the heads and intake are probably pretty bad too...

    Hey you Ford folks!!!

Might be easier to swap EFI onto it. Those crazy setups are like an analog version of an ECU and a complete nightmare to deal with.

Can't get the bead to seat on the stock sawblade rims, any tips?

Sounds like you might have the wheels with the extra material that protects the wheel if the tire goes flat.

    Hot tanking & bearings question

Are you doing the rings as well? You're rebuilding the engine, replace the wear items. It's like taking your brakes apart to clean and not replacing the seals and pads. You're only going to have to take it apart again to replace it soon after...

    H4 HIDs hi/lo not switching

Sorry to tell you, but most HID kits are complete garbage. Mine fialed after about 6 months (had one bulb break, one burn out, ballasts die, and the control box failed). You can build the same system as the control box with relays and diodes though. This is why I'm working on making real...

    really???

Well, remove the wing, chrome sideskirt crap, and replace the wheels and it won't be that bad. If it's really as clean as it says, $3K isn't bad...

How to Replace a MKIII Driveshaft Carrier Bearing for $50

Yes. That's how they go on the factory part. As this support bearing isn't in the same exact spot, he removed them so it moved the shaft back up to where it's supposed to be.

Question about Rear control arm issue.

It's like a heim joint, but sealed with grease and rubber like a ball joint. Heim joints are usually open meaning they get dirt in them and wear out quickly (hence why they suck for a road car).
